At Sorrota Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy for all our products, except for gift cards and perishable items such as coffee.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at sorrotacoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: M/S Sorrota Coffee At: Kamarpur, Near Uttareswar Bus Stand, Soro, Balasore, Odisha, India-756045.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
